This is an absolutely beautiful piano both internally and externally. A lovely 6ft grand piano in a subtle French polished cabinet giving it a perfect finish! Welmar are a quality English piano manufacturer synonomous with making high quality pianos for schools and in their later years, family pianos. You don't see too many Welmar grand pianos around but the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship that goes into their uprights is exactly the same with this grand piano - it looks beautiful, it is immaculate internally and above all, a real joy to play!

English made piano in the late 70's, there are quite a few Welmar upright pianos around but you don't see many grands from Welmar at all, this is very much a rarity.
 
This elegant piano has a gorgeous polished rosewood finish in excellent condition to suit any decor.
 
Privately owned previously with 1 owner from new - this was the personal piano of a piano teacher (not used for giving lessons on)
 
Tuned regularly every year and extremely well cared for as you can see.
 
The hammers, action, rollers, strings, dampers, soundboard etc are in immaculate condition as can be seen in the photos.
 
Regularly tuned to concert pitch by the previous owner - we have also tuned the piano to A440hz concert pitch again in house so it arrives ready to play.
 
We have checked over everything on this piano including the pedals, keys, tuning pins, pin block, bridge, soundboard, dampers along with giving it a full clean, service and polish.
 
This piano really does look the piece and will not look out of place in any room of any home.
 
There is no compromise on sound quality either as it plays very well all along the full size keyboard.
 
Both pedals and all 88 keys work as they should having been fully checked over when tuned
